本プライバシーポリシー(以下「本ポリシー」)は、M Corp.(以下「当社」)が提供する「SyncSession」(以下「本サービス」)における情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。本サービスの利用条件については利用規約をご覧ください。

This Privacy Policy describes how M Corp. ("we", "us") handles information in connection with SyncSession (the "Service"). For the terms on which the Service is offered, see our Terms of Service.

본 개인정보 처리방침은 M Corp.(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 "SyncSession"(이하 "본 서비스")에서의 정보 취급에 관하여 정합니다. 서비스 이용 조건은 이용약관을 참고해 주세요.

本サービスで送受信される演奏・歌唱などの音声は、リアルタイムに転送されるだけで、当社のサーバーに保存または録音されることはありません。

音声は原則として参加者の端末同士が直接通信(P2P)します。ネットワーク環境により直接通信を確立できない場合に限り、当社のサーバーが中継役として音声を通過させますが、この場合も音声はメモリ上を通過するだけで、ディスクに記録されることはありません。

Audio transmitted through the Service — your playing, your singing — is relayed in real time only. It is never recorded or stored on our servers.

By default, audio travels directly between participants' devices (peer-to-peer). Only when a direct connection cannot be established does our server act as a relay; even then the audio simply passes through memory and is never written to disk.

본 서비스에서 주고받는 연주·노래 등의 음성은 실시간으로 전송될 뿐이며, 운영자의 서버에 저장되거나 녹음되지 않습니다.

음성은 원칙적으로 참여자 단말 간에 직접(P2P) 전송됩니다. 네트워크 환경상 직접 연결이 이루어지지 않는 경우에만 운영자의 서버가 중계 역할을 하지만, 이때에도 음성은 메모리를 통과할 뿐 디스크에 기록되지 않습니다.

本サービスの提供にあたり、当社は次の情報を取り扱います。

アカウント登録がないため、氏名、住所、電話番号、生年月日、支払情報などを取得することはありません。

To operate the Service we handle the following information.

Because there are no accounts, we never collect your legal name, address, phone number, date of birth or payment details.

계정 등록이 없으므로 성명, 주소, 전화번호, 생년월일, 결제 정보 등은 취득하지 않습니다.

取得した情報を、広告配信、プロファイリング、その他の目的で利用することはありません。

• To provide the Service — that is, to establish and maintain connections between participants;
• To investigate and recover from faults, and to improve quality;
• To respond to unauthorised access, disruption, or other breaches of our Terms;
• To answer your enquiries.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

취득한 정보를 광고 전송, 프로파일링 등 다른 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

本サービスは、トラッキング Cookie を使用しません。広告も配信せず、第三者のアクセス解析ツールも導入していません。

ブラウザの localStorage に、選択された表示言語(キー名 lang)を保存します。これは次回アクセス時に同じ言語で表示するためのもので、お使いのブラウザ内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。ブラウザの設定から削除できます。

The Service uses no tracking cookies. We serve no advertising and have not installed any third-party analytics.

We store your chosen display language in your browser's local storage (under the key lang) so that the site opens in the same language next time. It stays in your browser, is never sent to our servers, and you can clear it from your browser settings.

본 서비스는 트래킹 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 제3자 접속 분석 도구도 도입하지 않았습니다.

브라우저의 로컬 스토리지에 선택한 표시 언어(키 이름 lang)를 저장합니다. 다음 방문 때 같은 언어로 표시하기 위한 것으로, 브라우저 안에만 저장되며 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

当社は、次の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供または販売することはありません。

• 利用者ご本人の同意がある場合
• 法令に基づく場合、または裁判所・警察等の公的機関から法令に基づく正当な要請を受けた場合
• 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要であり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合

なお、参加者の表示名は、同じルームの他の参加者に表示されます。また、参加者同士が直接通信(P2P)する際には、その通信の性質上、参加者の IP アドレスが相手方に伝わる場合があります。これは音声を直接届けるために必要な仕組みです。

We do not disclose or sell the information we hold to third parties, except:

• with your consent;
• where required by law, or in response to a lawful request from a court, the police or another public authority;
• where necessary to protect someone's life, body or property and obtaining consent is not practicable.

Note that your display name is visible to the other participants in your room. Also, because audio travels directly between devices, the peer-to-peer connection may reveal your IP address to the other participants — this is inherent to how a direct connection is made.

운영자는 다음의 경우를 제외하고 취득한 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

• 이용자 본인의 동의가 있는 경우
• 법령에 근거한 경우, 또는 법원·경찰 등 공공기관으로부터 법령에 따른 정당한 요청을 받은 경우
• 사람의 생명·신체 또는 재산 보호를 위해 필요하며 본인의 동의를 받기 어려운 경우

또한 참여자의 표시 이름은 같은 방의 다른 참여자에게 보입니다. 그리고 참여자 간 직접(P2P) 통신이 이루어질 때에는 그 통신의 특성상 참여자의 IP 주소가 상대방에게 전달될 수 있습니다. 이는 음성을 직접 전달하기 위해 필요한 구조입니다.

• 音声:保存しません。
• ルーム名・表示名:ルームへの接続中のみサーバーのメモリ上に保持し、全員が退出した時点で消去されます。
• IPアドレス・接続メタデータ:障害調査および不正利用対策に必要な期間に限り、運用ログとして短期間保持し、その後は順次削除します。
• お問い合わせ内容:お問い合わせへの対応に必要な期間、およびその後の再問い合わせに備えた合理的な期間、メールとして保持します。

• Audio: not retained at all.
• Room and display names: held in server memory only while you are connected, and discarded once everyone has left the room.
• IP addresses and connection metadata: kept in operational logs for a short period, only as long as needed for troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then deleted on a rolling basis.
• Contact form submissions: kept as email for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, plus a reasonable period in case you follow up.

• 음성: 보관하지 않습니다.
• 방 이름·표시 이름: 방에 접속해 있는 동안에만 서버 메모리에 유지되며, 모두가 퇴장한 시점에 삭제됩니다.
• IP 주소·접속 메타데이터: 장애 조사 및 부정 이용 방지에 필요한 기간에 한해 운영 로그로 단기간 보관한 뒤 순차적으로 삭제합니다.
• 문의 내용: 문의 대응에 필요한 기간과 이후 재문의에 대비한 합리적인 기간 동안 메일로 보관합니다.

本サイトおよび接続制御(シグナリング)の通信は、HTTPS / WSS により暗号化されています。当社は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損を防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

ただし、インターネットを通じた通信において、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。当社は、そもそも保持する情報を最小限にとどめることを、最も確実な保護策と考えています。

Traffic to this site and to our signalling (connection-setup) service is encrypted with HTTPS / WSS. We take reasonable security measures to prevent the loss, alteration or leakage of the information we handle.

No communication over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, however. We regard holding as little information as possible as the most reliable safeguard of all.

ただし、本サービスにはアカウントがないため、運用ログ中のどの記録がご本人のものであるかを当社が特定できない場合があります。その場合は、対象を特定できる情報(おおよその日時、ルーム名など)をお知らせください。

If you would like us to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete information relating to you, please contact us through the contact form. We will respond as required by law and to the extent reasonable.

Because the Service has no accounts, we may be unable to tell which entries in our operational logs relate to you. If so, please give us details that would identify them, such as the approximate time and the room name.

본인에 관한 정보의 열람, 정정, 이용 정지 또는 삭제를 원하시는 경우 문의 양식을 통해 연락해 주세요. 법령에 따라 합리적인 범위에서 대응하겠습니다.

다만 본 서비스에는 계정이 없기 때문에 운영 로그 중 어떤 기록이 본인의 것인지 운영자가 특정하지 못할 수 있습니다. 그럴 때에는 대략적인 일시, 방 이름 등 대상을 특정할 수 있는 정보를 함께 알려 주세요.

当社は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から適用され、最新の制定日・改定日は本ページ冒頭に表示します。取扱いに重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上でその旨をお知らせします。

We may revise this policy to reflect changes in the law or in the Service. A revised version applies from the moment it is posted on this page, and the date at the top of the page always shows the current version. If our handling of information changes materially, we will say so on this page.
